We serve the lunch hour

So that you can savor every minute of your lunch break, we offer you a wide selection of food in our cafeteria right on the factory premises in Lübeck. Fresh and delicious hot and cold meals, soups, salads and desserts are on the menu every day. Even the prices at our cafeteria are appetizing because all meals are subsidized by us. If you are interested, we could even treat your entire family to lunch in our cafeteria.

Earn twice as much in retirement

Your work at Dräger protects, supports and saves lives. For this commitment, we would like to give you something back in retirement. We help you to build a financial cushion so that you can also enjoy a high standard of living in retirement with three pension structure levels that function as easily as a savings account.

At the basic level (1), we make a contribution to your retirement account each year. Your basic company pension is thus ensured. With the development level (2), you can increase this contribution by voluntarily transferring portions of your gross salary to this account and, thereby, utilizing tax advantages. Dependent on the company's profit, we top off this structure level with an additional level (3). Using the online annual forecast and annual account statement, you can always keep an eye on your current pension situation so you can plan your next retirement steps in peace and quiet.

In addition to the company retirement plan, you can also take out an affordable life insurance via Dräger in the form of direct insurance or a pension plan.

Our wrinkle cure: security

If you become seriously ill and cannot work for an extended period of time, the Dräger social fund steps in with illness assistance if you only have a small income available to you. For serious emergencies, you can count on our additional financial support.
